Ingredients
Here are the basic ingredients that you will need to make
Bacon Cheese Ring:
1 lb. bacon
1 package cream cheese
2 cups sour cream
1-1.5 cups mayo
1 tbsp bacon grease
4 cups mozzarella
4 cups cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt; 1 tsp pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 bundles of green onions
2-3 cups chopped pecans.
1 package cream cheese (room temp)
2 cups sour cream
1-1.5 cup mayo
1 tbsp bacon grease
4 cups mozzarella
4 cups cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1 bundle of green onions
½ package of bacon
Method
To make Bacon Cheese Ring, simply…
1
Cook your package of bacon, and the rest is just mixing! ½ the package of bacon should be mixed into your cheese mixture, and the other half is for the topping (goes in the bottom of Bundt cake pan – bacon, green onion, and pecans).
2
Line your Bundt pan with saran wrap and add ½ package of crumbled bacon, 2-3 cups of pecans chopped (add a little salt while chopping), and 1 bundle of green onions.
3
Mix well and add green onions, bacon, and nuts to a saran wrap lined bundt pan. Fully cover with saran wrap and let it set up in the fridge overnight. After you unmold and remove the wrap, fill the interior with strawberry jam and serve with wheat thins. I also like to serve red pepper jelly on the side!
