Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

Here are the basic ingredients that you will need to make Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu:
1 1/2 pounds chicken cubed
2-3 cups freshly shredded Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken with herbs
1/4 cup milk
1 stick butter melted
Herb stuffing mix
16 oz chopped ham cubes
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

Method

To make Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu, simply…
1 Cut 1 1/2 pounds chicken into cubes.
2 Mix together in a separate bowl, ¼ cup milk and 1 can cream of chicken with herbs and season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
3 In your crockpot, layer chicken, 16 oz of chopped or cubed ham and 2-3 cups shredded Swiss cheese. Do not stir!
4 Pour soup mixture over chicken, ham and cheese.
5 Top with a box of stuffing mix and pour 1 stick melted butter over everything.
6 Cook on low for about 5 hours.
7 Enjoy!

Well my meals are easy and usually pretty simple to prepare. The ingredients I use are almost always on hand so no searching the store everywhere for a special ingredient. Who has time for that?
