“Really Nice” Salisbury Steak

1 In a bowl, combine the beef, egg, worcestershire, mustard, bread crumbs and Lipton soup mix. Form into four patties.

2 In a wide skillet over medium-high heat, add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Brown the patties on each side for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

3 Turn the heat down to medium-low. Add the butter and once melted, throw in the flour. Stir constantly until browned. Add the beef stock and turn to a simmer. Once incorporated, season however you’d like (salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder). Add the patties back to the pan and cook covered for another 10-15 minutes, until cooked through.

4 I prefer mine over rice, but serve over potatoes or anything else you like!
