Baked Chicken

Ingredients

Here are the basic ingredients that you will need to make Baked Chicken:
2 lbs chicken drums or thighs
1 tablespoon badia sazon tropical
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon parsley
1 small Vidalia onion
1 small green pepper
1/4 cup flour (same seasonings above for flour and veggie mixture)
3 cups chicken broth

Method

To make Baked Chicken, simply…
1 Season your clean chicken with badia, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and parsley.
2 To an oven safe baking dish, add onion, green pepper, flour and chicken broth and mix. Add chicken.
3 Cook uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
4 Baste your chicken with the broth every 15 to 20 minutes.
