Sausage and Egg Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

Here are the basic ingredients that you will need to make Sausage and Egg Breakfast Muffins:
1 lb breakfast sausage
6 eggs
1/8 cup heavy cream
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
½ cup shredded cheese

Method

To make Sausage and Egg Breakfast Muffins, simply…
1 Preheat oven to 350F.
2 Grease a muffin tin and set aside.
3 Divide your sausage into 12 equal parts and press one into each of the muffin spaces covering the bottom.
4 In a bowl add your eggs and heavy cream and whip.
5 Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper.
6 Evenly pour the egg mixture into each one of the muffin tins on top of the sausage.
7 Top with cheese.
8 Bake for 20-23 minutes and pop out each muffin and set on paper towel to drain.
9 Top these with avocado, sour cream, salsa, hot sauce, the possibilities are endless.
