I’m Jim Lad a garden landscaper, Husband and dad of 2 children, head chef of our house, born, bred and raised in the South West of England.
I was raised on a beef farm so I’ve always enjoyed traditional meaty meals, especially a Sunday roast or a good steak. Having had a passion for cooking it has led me to running BBQs at some local events and catering at our local pub, where my roasties are always enjoyed.
