Welcome to my sweet corner of the world! I’m Malek Binns, the heart and soul behind Frosted by Malek Binns, a home-based bakery in Stafford, Texas. My passion for baking and decorating custom cakes and cookies has turned into a thriving business, where I create delightful treats for all occasions.
As a seasoned content creator, I share my love for baking through engaging videos on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, where you can find tips, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes glimpses into my baking adventures. My goal is to inspire others to find joy in baking, whether you’re a novice or an expert. I’m also the proud author of a cookbook, and currently working on my second one, “Sweet Legacies: Celebrating Black History Through Desserts,” which combines my love for desserts with my deep respect for Black history. When I’m not baking or creating content, you can find me teaching classes on cake and cookie decoration, helping others to master the art and craft of baking.
