Cooking With Kimberly's Journey
Hello! I’m Kimberly. I started cooking back in 2019 when I first started my weightloss journey. It clicked with me back then, that I always used to fail when losing weight because I always had to give up my favourite foods, and to be honest it made life feel boring.
I soon realised that if I made my favourite foods myself and adapted the recipes to make them healthier then I didn’t need to give them up! So that’s where my Instagram page started and the inspiration to make this book, the meals in this book are my versions of some of my favourite takeaways that I used to get or meals that I have eaten on holiday in Orlando.
Weekend takeaways used to be my thing, and I have now changed this to weekend fakeaways and I hope you love these recipes as much as I do.
