I was born and raised in South Korea and have been living in the U.S since 2009. I’m really passionate about Asian cuisines. 2021 I became plant-based, and honestly, Asian foods are one of the most satisfying plant-based foods out there! Ever since my diet has changed, I've been challenged to create not only new plant-based recipes but also create new memories to cherish. As an Asian, most great memories are built around the food, with family and friends (or even being alone). I hope I can help ease your plant-based journey.
